2 CONTRADA MUSEUM & PALIO

The day before the Palio race (July 1st or August 15th) experience the characteristic visit of a Contrada Museum. It lasts about one hour and you can discover the costumes, the flags, the ‘Drappelloni’ and the history of the Contrada. The day of the Palio attend the horse race on the tribune, and enjoy the Palio from the very beginning of the event with the Historic Parade – the costumed representatives of the Contrade and the municipality figure.

3 TRIAL-RUN MEAL & PALIO

The night before the Palio race (July 1st od August 15th), after the trial-race in Piazza del Campo, every Contrada organizes in its territory a special dinner “Cena della Prova Generale”. Experience this unique event in one of the Contrada that will take part in the race. The day of the Palio attend the horse race on the tribune, and enjoy the Palio from the very beginning of the event with the Historic Parade – the costumed representatives of the Contrade and the municipality figure.

4 TRIAL-RUN MEAL, CONTRADA MUSEUM & PALIO

The day before the Palio race (July 1st or August 15th) in the evening experience the characteristic visit of a Contrada Museum. 6 PRIVATE GUIDED SIENA TOUR & PALIO     MIN 2

In the morning of the Palio race discover Siena with a private guided city tour (3 hours) walking around the medieval city.
